DESSERTS

Kheer:
Rice slowly cooked in milk & seasoned with raisin, sugar, cardamom, cloves & cinnamon.

Lal Mohan (Gulab Jamun):
Mixture of powder-milk and pancake-mix dough, rolled into little balls, deep-fried, and soaked in sugar syrup.

Rasbhari:
Well-kneaded chhenna (fresh cheese), rolled into little balls, stream-cooked, and soaked in sugar syrup.

Dudhbhari (Rasmalai): Chenna cooked in cream & sugar and topped with pistachio, clove, and cardamom.

Jerri (Julebi):
Wheat flour batter deep-fried into rings and soaked in sugar syrup.
